Singapore’s Leading Multi-family Office Golden Equator Wealth Won Industry Award
Last week, Singapore-based leading multi-family office Golden Equator Wealth won best Southeast Asia Independent Wealth Manager at WealthBriefingAsia Singapore Awards 2019. Showcasing ‘best of breed’ providers in the global private banking, wealth management and trusted advisor communities, the awards were designed to recognise companies, teams and individuals which the prestigious panel of judges deemed to have ‘demonstrated innovation and excellence during 2019’. Grace Chiong, COO of Golden Equator Wealth, said, “We are excited to have won the Independent Wealth Manager for Southeast Asia award.
The award not only recognises our innovative approach in running our multi-family office but also our commitment to help our clients in their succession planning and in cultivating their NextGen to take over the management of the family business and wealth.” Founded in 2012 by Shirley Crystal Chua and Grace Chiong, who are now CEO and COO, Golden Equator Wealth has grown to be one of most respected in Southeast Asia. It is the only multi-family office plugged into a synergistic ecosystem through Golden Equator’s five businesses and deep networks. Last month, Golden Equator Wealth launched its NextGen Programme and Family Office publication to deepen the understanding of the family office concept and its relevance in the Asian context for UHNW families and individuals in the region.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19 around the world earlier this year, the word “unprecedented” gets thrown around a lot when talking about current markets – the crashes, spikes in volatility, unemployment, fiscal stimulus packages, monetary measures, and more.
Singapore-based multi-family office Golden Equator Wealth (GEW) today announces two new senior hires for its team, as part of its expansion plan. Rainer Michael Preiss joins as Portfolio Strategist and Ritu Khera joins as Wealth Manager.
